Nell has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, communication consulting, and television production. Most recently she managed member and consumer marketing communications at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. In addition to the health care industry, Nell has held positions in the higher education and nonprofit sectors.

As a television producer at Oregon Public Broadcasting, Nell was honored with a Northwest Regional Emmy® for her work on the documentary Rose City Remembered: Stories of Lost Portland. She contributed to PBS’s Newshour with Jim Lehrer, The Learning Channel’s Neat Stuff, and other national productions.

Nell holds a B.A. in Communication from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash.
